  • Team Leaders will discuss and create a one year plan KPI of their department and cascade it down to individual KPI
  • Team Leaders and Team Members fulfill the PMP form and agrees on target setting

Mid-Year Performance Review

  • Stakeholders will set a one on one review process with each Team Leaders and discuss about process, progress, and challenges of their performance
  • Stakeholders and Team Leaders will have commitment on “Getting things done”
  • Team leaders will repeat the process with each Team Members and getting their commitment in maintaining or improving their jobs in order to achieve the target

End-of-Year Review

  • Team Leaders and Team Members will present their performance result to Management
  • Stakeholders rewarding employees upon reaching the target
  • Each Employees performance will be assessed during the year and will be rewarded with a proper merit increase % in next year
